Balchik, Bulgaria

Another great destination in Bulgaria is Balchik with it's wonderfull bothanical garden and little castle. A great time to visit is during spring, end of April, to see the beautiful tulip collection or end of May when the roses are in bloom. As for food you could try some traditional Bulgarian food like the salad and saci.
